Domestic Disturbance

 

 

At approximately 1610 hours on Saturday April 23, 2016 Deputy Derick Bunn was dispatched to 380 Oakhaven Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Dispatch advised that in the 911 call she could hear screaming in the back ground and sounded like fighting.  Dispatch advised that the caller stated that her daughter came home intoxicated and was the one yelling.

 

Upon Deputy Bunn’s arrival he made contact with 3 victim’s two males and a female. Who stated that

That Mendy came home drinking and started yelling at her mother about being selfish for not going to her cosine's wedding and was cussing.

 

One male victim stated that he told Mendy that she needed to calm down or leave or he would make her leave. The victim stated that he got Mendy out of the house 2 or 3 time but she kept coming back inside.And that while Mendy was in the house she threw trash all in the front part of the house.

 

The female victim stated that Mendy came home drunk and stumbling around the house. She stated that Mendy started yelling and cussing her about not going to the wedding.  Female victim told Mendy that she needed to leave and that Mendy started pushing both of the male victims. The other male victim. Stated that Mendy kicked him in the leg and scratched it and grabbed him by the testicles and that Mendy was pinching him and kicking him the whole time. And also got scratched in the face by Mendy

 

    

Deputy Tyler Krumnow placed Mendy under arrest for Domestic Battery 3rd and transported her to the Hempstead County Detention Center where she is being held for first appearance.
