Domestic Battery 3rd

At approximately 8:17 PM on 1/13/15 Deputy Cody Aaron was dispatched to 141 Hempstead 104 in references to a fight in progress.

Upon my arrival he made contact with Betty Jackson. Betty stated that she was getting ready to leave the house for work when Phillip Smith entered her room and asked if she had to work tonight. Betty Stated that she told him yes she did and that she was going to Subway to get something to eat before work. Betty stated that he got upset and would not let her leave the room. Phillip grabbed her by the arms and pushed her down hitting her jaw in the process of pushing her down.

Deputy Aaron placed Phillip Smith under arrest and transported him to the Hempstead County Detention Center. Phillip Smith was booked in for Domestic Battery 3rd and given a court date of February 9th, 2015 at 0900 hours at the Hempstead county court house.
