Horse Riding Accident

At approximately 1709 hours on May 1, 2016 Deputy Sorensen was dispatched to 541 Hempstead 11 in reference to a Medical Emergency. Dispatch advised me that all she had been told by the caller was that they needed an ambulance as soon as possible.

Upon arrival he made contact with Allen Young and Justin Schobey They stated that Wesley Schobey had been riding horses when the one he was riding bucked and fell on top of him. They stated that he couldn't remember anything that had happened.  Pafford EMS arrived on scene at approximately the same time as the deputy and started administering medical assistance to Wesley.  Pafford EMS the called for Life net to airlift Wesley to Saint Michaels in Texarkana.  Life net then arrived on scene and transported Wesley for his injuries.
