On February 4, 2015 at approximately 7:49 a.m. Deputy Jeremy McBride was dispatched to 1505 Highway 27 North in reference to a two year old child that had rode the school bus to Nashville Primary School.

Deputy McBride contacted Howard County dispatch and they advised McBride that the child was with Coach Nichols. Deputy McBride contacted Coach Nichols who advised him that Department of Human Services had been notified.

After arriving at 1505 Highway 27 North, Deputy McBride made contact with the DHS Case worker who stated that she had attempted to make contact with the person left in charge of the two year old but was unable to get her to come to the door.

Deputy Mc Bride made contact with Coach Nichols at the Nashville Primary School, Coach Nichols stated that the bus driver said that two students came out to the bus and a small child followed them out to the bus, while drinking a bottle of maple syrup. The bus driver was told by the two students that there was not an adult at home. The bus driver took the two year old to school and contacted Coach Nichols about the situation. Coach Nichols stated that he then contacted Howard County Sheriff's Office and reported what had happened.

Coach Nichols stated that he then went to 1505 Highway 27 North. Coach Nichols stated that when he arrived to the trailer, the door was wide open. Coach Nichols stated that he yelled several times and entered the living room Coach Nichols stated that a woman yelled back and then came out of a bedroom; Nichols asked the female, later identified as Christina Allen, if she was missing a two year old.

Christina then bolted down the hall and checked a bedroom. Coach Nichols stated that Christina told him, a friend’s 2 year old girl was missing.

The DHS Case worker contacted Deputy McBride at approximately 2:39 p.m. and advised me that Christina Allan was at the Department of Human Services Office in Nashville, Arkansas. The Case Worker stated that Christina's children were being placed into DHS custody, because she tested positive for methamphetamine and THC, (Marijuana).

Deputy McBride contacted Howard County Sheriff's Office and asked if they could go to the Department of Human Services Office and detain Christina Allan until his arrival. Nashville Police officers transported Christina Allen to the Howard County Sheriff's Office.  After arriving at the Howard County Sheriff's Office, Deputy McBride took Christina Allen into custody and transported her to the Hempstead County Detention Center. Christina was charged for Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Neglect of a Minor with a court date of March 2, 2015.
