Battery

At approximately 1810 hours on March 19, 2017 Deputy Sorensen was dispatched to Highway 299 in reference to a battery.

Upon arrival   he made contact with the 18 year old female victim who stated that she was at her friend’s house last night and today. She stated that today she was sitting in the bedroom and a male, came in. She stated that he walked in and pushed her onto the bed and grabbed her by the throat. She stated that she never lost the ability to breathe and never lost consciousness. Deputy Sorensen observed two bruises on her neck she stated that the bruises were from him grabbing her throat.   She stated that she had only seen the male once before and that she didn't know him.

Incident is under investigation by HCSO Investigators
