Possession of Controlled Substance

On May 16, 2017 at approximately 1:50 p.m., Deputy McBride assisted Arkansas Probation and Parole officers at 614 Highway 32 East. Upon Mc Brides arrival, parole officers had already made contact with William Russell.

As Mc Bride entered the bedroom, he observed two clear baggies containing a crystal-like substance in clear plastic baggies parole officers took Russell into custody and placed him in the back of Mc Brides patrol vehicle.

Mc Bride transported Russell to the Hempstead County Detention Center and booked him in for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and a bench warrant for Hempstead County Circuit Court.
