Child Custody

On June 13, 2017 at approximately 1700 hours, Deputy Brown received a call from the police dispatcher regarding a civil dispute over a child custody matter, located at 312 S. Washington St, in Hope, Hempstead County, Arkansas.

Upon arrival, he met with a female who stated that she was wanting to get her two children from their father, Deputy Brown explained the proper procedure and advised the female the Sheriff’s Office would have to have a Court Order in order to remove the children.
