Theft

On Monday May 14, at about 10:30 A.M. HCSO was contacted by Bobby Oller, a supervisor for Cleve Batte Construction, at the Red River Bridge construction site near Fulton, AR.

Oller said that when Alford Walker arrived at work this morning, he discovered that the GPS tracking equipment had been taken off the bulldozer that he operates at the construction site. I spoke with Walker and he said that when he parked the dozer on Friday, May 11,2018 at 5:00 P.M., that the equipment was intact.

The tracking head and cables were taken but the control screen inside the cab was not taken. Oller advised that the stolen equipment could be operated with another control. None of the other construction equipment at the site had been tampered with or stolen. Incident is under investigation.
