On Tuesday February 23, 2021 at approximately 4:48 PM deputies were dispatched to the area of Hempstead 56 close to Crestwood acres to attempt to locate a possible disturbance.

Caller advised that they passed a small white car on the side of the road and there were two male subjects physically fighting.

Upon arrival deputies made contact with the victim a 32-year-old male, covered in blood with multiple abrasions to his nose, left elbow, and top of his head, his lip and nose also appeared to be swollen.

Victim stated that the 17-year-old male Headbutted the him multiple times, hit him with his fist's multiple times, choked him with his hands and put a knife to his neck

The 17-year-old was arrested and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree, and Battery 2nd Degree. The 17-year-old Juvenile is being held pending filing of charges as an Adult in Circuit Court.

The 32-year-old victim was treated for his injuries.
