Sheriff James Singleton presents a certificate of Appreciation to Spring Hill High School Student Rhealey McDonald for her help with the Veterans Day Program honoring Brigadier General Herbert Jack Lloyd and Hempstead County Veterans past and present.
Sheriff Singleton also presented Rhealey with the United States Flag that flew over the Hempstead County Law Enforcement Center as she sang the National Anthem on Veterans Day.
